my connection keeps getting closed after a while

can someone please help me;
my connection keeps ending after like 30 minutes and i dont know why...can someone please help me..do u have to play around with the settings...please help...thanks

Hey well I know that some servers have the ability to close your FTP connection if you have been idle for too long. If this is not the issue and your connection cuts out while tryin to upload files, then you are in the same boat I am...cuz I cant figure it out!
