I'm having a tough time logging into the system for the first time. I get the following message:
Resolving host name nyc.rr.com...
Unknown error.
Connection closed.
I'm not sure of the correct FTP address to enter. My ISP is Road Runner in New York City.
I also have Norton Firewall installed, but I've disabled it for the time being.
