Server timed out... transfer aborted

When I transfer files from web site to my computer, sometimes I get a message saying "Server Timed Out...Transfer aborted"
How do I adjust my SmartFTP program to stop from being timed out?

Hello,

You can try increasing the "Server Timeout" setting, found under the connection settings.

The option can be set under "Tools > Settings" & "Favorites > Edit Favorites".

You also can try toggling between the Active/Passive Mode.
