Global change to download destination

I recently added a hard drive to my machine that can store the massive amount of files I've been downloading. I exported my download list from another machine and the destination folder was saved along with the list. I'd like to change the destination of every file on my list, but I'd like to do it globally as making individual changes just isn't feasible. How can I do this? Can I do this?
