setting so double-click will add file to transf queue

I tried reading the settings ... have
Tools>Settings>Navigation
Double-click and drop down list
I've tried them all (I think) but right now set at
'Queue-Session-Default'

Is there a setting that means double-click to add to Queue? from either side ... local or server?
