Problem with queues

I've been having a problem with the queues for quite some time (I have currently build 1.0.978.2) - haven't found a solution myself, so, it's time to get some outside help i guess.


I know that some previous build worked the way it should, but after an upgrade of smartftp the queues don't seem to be saved any more - in other words, the files in the queue lists seem to disappear after i exit the program.

Quite annoying, especially, if the queue consisted of multiple items from several servers...

But I know for sure that the queues did work sometime in the past - upon starting the program, all the items in the queues which had not been fully downloaded resumed to download etc.

Any ideas how to fix the prob?

Navigate to: Tools > Settings > General -> "Data File Path".

Take a look at the location of the "Data File Path", and navigate
to the "Data File Path" location via "Windows Explorer".

Delete the Queue.dat file, and any other *.que files in this path.

Then open SmartFTP, and on the "Global Queue" tool-bar, click the "Save As"
drop down button, and specify a location. I recommend the same location as
your "Data File Path".

This should solve the issue. If it does not, then I recommend you uninstall -
SmartFTP, and then reinstall. I recommend a reboot after the reinstall as well.
