Help on URL Watcher required

I'm trying to work out what the URL watcher does and how to set it up, am I correct in thinking this can be used to monitor a folder and carryout a scheduled dowwnload if new or changed files appear ?

I see an updated link is required. Looks like the forum changed from phpBB2 to Invision at some stage. Try this new link instead, as the old one doesn't work.

I'm also hoping for some information on the URL Watcher. It's not clear to me what it is and I couldn't find any reference to it in the program help link.

The URL watcher, watches the clipboard. If it finds an URL e.g. ftp://ftp.blabal.com it will show a popup which gives you the option to connect to the FTP server.
To test it, just copy an URL starting with ftp:// into the clipboard (Select text, Right-click then Copy) into the clipboard.
