Messed Up FTP

HELP! I accidently deleted my Media file. Then reuploaded FTP but it was the modified one without a Media file. Pushed some buttons and got "SmartFTP:anymous" Can't upload a version that is as it was in the beginning.
Have paid for FTP and love it.
What do I do now?
