Newbie Question

I've got a minor problem that I hope someone more experienced with Smart FTP can help me with. I've looked at the FAQ's and searched for a solution, however I have come up empty handed.

Problem:
Im trying to download several files from an FTP site. I can download one file no problem, however when I attempt to start downloading more, I simply can't. The download options are all "greyed" out. Is there an option I have to change to allow me to download more than one file? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just drag the files you want to download to the Global Queue...

Then select them from the list, right click, choose Local, then Select folder to choose the destination.
