Download Problem

Hi,


I'm having a bad download day. I am trying to download a software package called Powerchute at the following address:

http://www.apc.com/tools/download/softw ... F2000%2FNT

I tried downloading the file with IE 6.0 and it kept freezing at 54%. The FTP site is ftp.apcc.com, but I can't get a subdirectory to pop up in SmartFTP.

The server is emtpy.

I know I'm doing something wrong 'cause I'm new to this whole ftp stuff, but my experience has gone as follows:

I go to

http://www.apc.com/tools/download/softw ... F2000%2FNT

and left click the software I'm trying to download. Eventually after following the prompts, the software starts to download (Internet Explorer 6.0). The software stops downloading at 54%. After searching around on the net, several people recommended dedicated ftp software.

The problem is that I can't seem to find the correct ftp site. What I am going off of is the information provided by IE while it is attempting to download the file: ftp.apcc.com, but this site doesn't seem to function properly with SmartFTP.

What should I do next?

The ftp site with any ftp client don't has files.

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm not sure what you mean.
