Resolving Hex IP

Hi

When I tried to connect to a ftp with hex format 0xC1.xxx.xxx.xxx etc.. I got this message

No such host is known.
Connection closed.

before, I didn't get it. I did a clean installation/format hd and download newest dev version and still can't connect to ftp using hex format. any suggestion? Thanks

the only thing I can suggest is that you convert that ip to decimal with the windows calculator in sientific mode

IP adresses in hex format are no longer supported.

As we don't use inet_addr any longer it doesnt work anymore.
