files missing when downloading ?

When trying to download vcd's, i click on the relevant folder (Matrix for example) in the left hand side menu, which in turn brings up the contents of that file. They are shown as rar files (I am using Winrar to unzip), but in some cases, there are certain files that do not show a winrar icon, therefore suggesting that the folder is incomplete or corrupt. However, friends of mine who use the same server address, assure me that the files are complete and not corrupt. Am i overlooking another possibility?
I am using the latest version of winrar by the way. Any help would be MUCH appreciated, as i am fairly new to this.

Winrar only asociates the 1st 31 files, for example from rar, r00 to r29, that's the reason of the others files without rar icon.
