Uploading a page

If I want to make a page with the url www.url.com/THIS

how do I make it /THIS I already have the index page up but how to I put another page up? I have the html all written and I've uploaded the file to my server but I don't know how to make it an actual page

Sorry i cant answer your question....I kinda have the same problem. I have several individual web pages which are not part of the same web site and dont link to one another. How do i go about naming them after they have been uploaded with the same domain name but as individual pages such as mydomian.com/page1.htm or mydomain.com/page2.htm
