If I drag'n drop files from smartftp to a folder, smartftp creates only the folder 'SFTPDROP'.
I use WinXP and smartftp 1.0.975.2.

You have to reboot the system in order for the drag & drop shell extension to be registered.
If no luck still, then uninstall/reinstall SmartFTP using any of the official setups, then reboot once more.

I have installed the new version of smartftp, registered the smarthook.dll by hand and restarted windows. Now it work's for me.

Cool, thanks for the update

So explorer.exe has to have this smarthook.dll thing loaded all the time just so SmartFTP can work with drag-drop?!!! Isn't that a little weird implementation?
