Draggin between ftp sites

It looks like I can drag files between two ftp sites, but when I do, I just get an hour glass. The Transfers>Connection panel say the source site is waiting and the destination site is idle.

Am I trying to do something that is not possible?

Transfering between two FTP sites (also known as FXP) is perfectly feasible, as long as the server's you are trying to FXP between support this type of transfer. As well, one the servers must support PASV mode.
