Why do my folders look so different?

I am trying to move off of FTP Surfer whose folders look like...
ftp
mainwebsite_cgi
mainwebsite_html
mainwebsite_perl

When I connect to the same ftp site with SmartFtp I get...
bin
dev
etc
home
lib
sbin
tmp
user

Anyone know why?

Try changing to /home/"username" folder.
