SmartFTP *.DAT files to backup

What file do I backup that contains changes made at Tools - Settings? I presume that Favorites.dat will backup the amendments to the favorites list.

None of these settings are stored on the registry.

I see, if I backed up favorites.dat, would that not restore added Favorites? I read the link posted and saved it. Thanks
