Set the items to be downloaded using the "Global Queue" system.

On the toolbar of the "Global Queue", you will see "On Queue Complete"

Set the "On Queue Complete" feature to "Stop Queue" or "Close Application".

What this basically means, when the transferring of the files are complete,
SmartFTP will then perform the specified "On Queue Complete" task.
