Need an ftp site - am I at the right place??

Hi,

Forgive me if this is a dumb question. I need a place to upload files (about 37Megs each) that others can download. Is smartftp the place for that? I've downloaded the program and am completely lost. What ftp address would I give to someone to direct them to my files? Or is that even possible to do?

SmartFTP is an FTP client: this allows you to upload/download files from a remote FTP server.

What you are looking for is an FTP server, which will allow you to host FTP sessions for remote connections from other computers, which will connect to your computer using an FTP client.

So, no. SmartFTP cannot do what you are asking of it.
