Login Incorrect

When trying to connect to my site i get this:

The password and site details etc are all correct.
I'm new at this and am totally lost.

Any ideas ??

Yep. Something is wrong with your accont (locked out, wrong pw, wrong home dir etc). Please contact the server administrator.
