help!

i cant log on at all it says needs password but i put it in and its not working. can anyone help me set this thing up?

You may have mistyped your password, or you may not even have the correct password. Contact your system administrator to make sure that you have the correct user account name and password.

Im having a similar problem when i try to connect i enter all the correct info but it still wont connect as it says invalid login (or something similar)
