"Connection timeout" No response from server.

Does anyone have an answer to this??? Smartftp was great until the update. If anyone does have any sugg., please let me know. Also, please try to be simple, I'm not real good at comp. lingo. Thanks

Try toggling PASV mode. (tools > settings > connection > type > Passive Mode or Active Mode, or use the PASV button on the toolbar)

I tried it. Still getting the same thing. connection actively refused. i wish i knew more about ftp.

I do got the same prob.
Before the update everything went well..after it I always get the message Connection Timeout. No responde from server

Isn't there a place where I can get the older version of SmartFTP? The version before the update?
