After logging on to ftp site, cannot view folders. Blue Domino Support cannot find the problem. I have tried other ftp programs, problem continues. Cannot ftp thru Internet Explorer either. HELP! Have uninstalled and installed SMARTFTP again with no results. I can however, make folders which I can see until I try to log on again.
Most menu options are grayed out.
