uploading webpages

can somebody help me please. I am trying to upload a webpage to my freeserve space but not having much luck.
I connecting to the internet using AOL and im trying to upload a webpage to username.freeserve.co.uk and how do i setup smartFTP. How do i connect to the freeserve server. Can someone give me the settings.
