SmartFTP doesn't ask to overwrite files

Hello,

I've set the option Tools/Settings/Transfer/Files/On File Exist/Download to Ask but SmartFTP doesn't ask anything if it encounters a file in the destination that allready exists (Global Queue).
Sometimes existing files in the queue are skipped and sometimes files are just overwritten; I didn't really test it out but I think that files that have the same size & date & time are skipped.

Would you have a look at it?

For obvious reason the global queue does not display a prompt.

The "File Exist" dialog is only displayed for "Direct" and "Session Queue" transfers.
