What is TFTP?
If it is found in Outlook Express, how do I know that I have it and if I don't how do I get a copy of it or into into Outlook Express or any mail receiving client such as Outlook Express or Outlook 2000?

and its mostly used for netboot with unix boxes.
i dont think smartftp can handle it.
