What does error message mean...

When I attempt to connect to any ftp address, I get the following group of messages returned every time:

Resolving host name moscow...
Resolving host name ftp.redhat.com...
Connecting to Proxy (moscow).
Connected to Proxy (moscow) -> IP: 131.107.11.100 PORT: 21.
220 moscow Microsoft FTP Service (Version 5.0).
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)..

As you can see, I'm connected to a proxy, which is probably causing the problem. I'm wondering about that last message, does it mean that SFTP can't log on to the proxy, or is it talking about the ftp address I'm connecting to (as Anonymous)?

Or is there something else I should be trying?

It seems the proxy drops the connection after the welcome message.

Make sure you've selected the correct proxy type.
