Window Title bars in Windows 10

Both the main Smart FTP window and the Favourites window have white backgrounds to the title bars. This makes it very difficult to pick out one when it's on top of the other. Is there a way to give these bars another background colour?
 
 

No, the color of the title bars cannot be changed.
