We're moving files from local storage to S3.

My data techs have a task: they'd like to compare source (local files) to destination (S3) and delete source files if already existing.

They currently use VisaVersa for this task on local storage, and love the heck out of it. Can SmartFTP offer something similar?

Yes you can do a Move operation with SmartFTP. The transfer will be skipped but the file will be deleted in the source.
