Folders sitting in Temporary Queue

I'm a former user of SmartFTP but haven't used it in over a year. I bought a new computer and am now testing out v. 6.x.

I'm attempting to upload a directory to my remote server which includes several folders and and files. It will upload all the individual files in the directory, but not the folders. They're just sitting in the Temporary Queue. I can't seem to figure out how to get them to transfer.

Thoughts?

Take a look at the upload tutorial at:

Do not use the temporary queue.

I'll take a look, but I didn't choose to use temp queue. It placed them there automatically.

Thanks for the quick response, but it didn't help. Folders are still stuck in the queue.

So after a little more investigating, here's an update:

If I'm uploading a folder which has individual files and other folders inside to an empty directory, everything uploads just fine.

If I'm uploading a folder which has individual files and other folders inside to a directory which already contains those folders, the individual files will upload (overwrite) but the folders will not. They'll just remain the queue.

Yes, I am selecting the Merge option and yes, I'm selecting Copy and Replace.

Suggestions?

I have the same issue: https://www.smartftp.com/forums/index.p ... irecories/

With this issue SmartFTP became unuseful at all.

Sorry you're having problems as well.

Hopefully @mb will come back and address the issue.
