SMTP Settings not working

Hi
I've purchased SmartFTP Pro v. 4.0.1209.0
I used to use the Email alert to send an email for each transfer done by the client.
I followed the article here
but each time I get these errors:

Please how to fix these errors !?

Install the latest version and try again. Also take a look at kb article:
