How is possible that all connection for FTP accounts are now empty?

I had suddenly hard closed SMART FTP and when opened again it was none FTP server connections.
How is this possible as I lost 1 days work to put again FTP accounts...
Is this bug inside Smart FTP?

No it is impossible. You can find the favorites in the menu: Favorites->Quick Connect
