Folders not showing from Remote server

I have two ftp servers that I have been connecting to on from Windows XP machine. I have just set up a new Win 7 64-bit machine and one of the sites connects correctly and the other connects, but the folders are not listed. I can see the folders when I connect through Chrome, Windows Explorer, and I downloaded the trial of CuteFTP which also worked.

Try to press F5 to refresh the folder.

I've tried refreshing and reconnecting. Another forum post said the turn off Recursive links. I found that setting in two places under FTP Transfer and disabled it, but that did not have any effect.

I discovered that the folders are virtual folders on the server. I used to see problems with IIS virtual folders where you had to create an empty folder matching the name of the virtual folder for the server to list them. This server is using Serv-U and is using that same process. Is there some difference in settings with the 64-bit version of SmartFTP from the 32-bit version that might be related to virtual folders?
