How do you change the size of the download/upload icons?

I really enjoy SmartFTP a lot, great product, but have one very minor issue, the upload and download icons in the middle aren't particularly clear. How do you change the size of the upload/download icons or simply change the look of them? Or is there no way?

The size of these 2 icons cannot be changed.
