cannot connect

I have been using smart ftp for 5 years with no problem

Over christmas the server got hacked by a virus on the hta access file so we were adivsed to set up new logins with new user names etc for smart ftp

Since then I have not been able to log on at all with either site I have

Here is mainly what I get

The server says its an issue with my pc

I have disabled AVG. I have tried it on my laptop with the same results, I cannot connect

any ideas anyone please before I lose my mind?

Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product. If this doesn't help, try to uninstall your antivirus and software firewall product.
