Would you please provide a JCL run on mainframes that makes use of a mechanism to connect to a smartFTP server to pull a data?

I am trying to run a job to access a smartFTP server but it abends with return code "** R3424 **". I don't know how to debug it and seek your help.

There is no "SmartFTP Server", SmartFTP is an FTP client only.
