Trouble Connecting

Hello, I am trying to get connected to a host. I have checked to make sure that the correct port is open. User name and password are correct because it has connected before and I was able to get the site up and running about a month ago. When I try to make updates I receive an error message and I cannot connect. The error message that I am getting is

Is this an issue on my end or the host? I would love it if someone could help me out.
