Problems Connecting

Hi!

I am using smartftp for months now. However, when Lunarpages conducted their maintenance, I started encountering problems accessing my ftp. They already transferred my account to a new server but I still get the same error message. I didn't install any new software in my computer, tried the active and passive mode, and also tried disabling my windows firewall but I still cannot connect to the server. Here's my error message:

Please install the latest version from here
https://www.smartftp.com/download

Then try again. But it looks more like a network/server problem.

I also tried it in the latest version but I still get the same error.

According to Lunarpages, they think the problem is in my end because of this error message:
" An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine."

I really need my ftp and I don't know who can help me about this one.
I also tried using other ftp softwares and I still cannot connect to my ftp.

If it doesn't work with out FTP clients then its definitively a network/server problem.
