Completed Transfers?

Is there a window where I can post completed transfers by any chance? Please let me know asap!

You can disable the option that the complete transfers are automatically removed. Go to the menu: Tools->Settings. Then go to Queue dialog and disable the option "Remove finished/complete transfers".

Usually it is not recommended to keep the successful transfers unless you are debugging transfer problems.
