IP Address/Host Name

I am trying to connect to another computer. I have the IP Address, but cannot connect. I went to the site to find the domain name or host name, but says unable to recognize IP address. I did this with my IP address as well and it said the same.

You have to setup a FTP server on the other server. Then you can connect from one computer to the other computer where you have the server installed.
