I NEED HELP NOW!

I need to upload drawings for a job we are bidding. The icons on the folder tabs keep spinning and won't allow me to upload drawings. What is going on I Have tried shutting down my computer etc. with no luck. Please HELP! I also don't like that I have to post on a forum to get tech support.

Please send the logs from the remote browser and the transfer queue (bottom window) as described here:
