Having Problem Connecting

I am trying to connect to my server and getting an error message - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.

I went to the Knowledge base and the only tow suggestions was change Connection timeout and change between active and passive mode. I tried both of these and I still ge this error. Could it be something with my router or something esle?

Post the log here. Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall / antivirus product.
