Get 550 FileName Permission Denied

I have been using SmartFTP for years and had not problems till now.

I installed 3.0.106.7 on Vista 32bit Business and can't view, edit or move files from remote server to local system.

I have never had to change any settings, it just worked after install.

Any help please?
