uploading a zip file stuck in an upload "loop"

I am trying to upload a .zip file containing mp3's for a client. I have successfully completed this for two previous uploads of the same type. However, now this file gets all the way to about 98% completed and then simply ends! Then restarts again, only to get almost completely uploaded again, then ends again, then restarts over again. Have tried Auto and ASCI and the same thing happens.

Please help!

Actually that did it! Thank you. In fact, the newer version completed the upload and told me (my client) needed to upgrade his account (as in the message stated he was out of room). Basically updating SmartFTP and making sure the client (in this case) had enough available disk space on his hosting account did the trick!

Thanks,

Mike
