my screen interfacing

I have no idea what I did...but my screen interfacing is all mess up!

I can see my files on the right hand of my screen so I can drag and drop them into my public html folder.

Here is a screen shot of what it looks like. can anybody help me?

menu: File->New Local Browser

when I do that I get:

"recent folders" then there is nothing for me to select?????

Click on the "Local Browser" menu item.
