If you go to Tools > Update Check > Changelog. If you scroll down and click on Detailed Changelog for the Version 3.0 Build 1010 then it will take you to the v2.5 Changlog at the forums.
Each version entry has a detailed log link. If you click click on the detailed log link in the last version entry which is version 2.x it takes you to the the version 2.x detailed log. if you click on the link in the first version entry (version 3.x) it takes you to the 3.x change log.
