upgrade without rebooting?

I just upgraded to v3 beta... and it wants to reboot my system.... Is there a way to register the DLL files without having to reboot the system? I loath rebooting unless it is absolutely necessary, and I have been up and running for bout 64 days now.

I managed to do a regsvr32 on the 2 dlls it wnated to registed... the program now loads, but is not displaying my bookmarks even though they are in the same place as they always were.

edit:

In teh favorites drop down, they show up there, but in the favorites pane on the right they do not show up there.

The setup wouldn't force you to reboot if it wasn't necessary.
