some files not uploaded or corrupted

Hi, i use smart ftp now principally with sites with much files (lot of phps, some htmls and images) like classifieds scripts or wordpress blog scripts, and sometimes when download or upload is some files corrupted or not donwloaded, the problem happen with direct and queue (in queue mode even dont ask if overwrite files, is normal?), i want to ask if this is normal this happen in the ftp programs, is any method or option for comprobate if all files was downloaded or uploaded correctly?

for if help also comment that when use queue upload (with 5 workers) many times my internet connection is lost, only happen with the queue transfers.

Regarding the corrupt files. What makes you think they are corrupt? How do you verify this? When using the Transfer Queue SmartFTP tries to verify the transfer by comparing the file size of the source and destination file. Also if the server supports hash functions (XCRC, XMD5, ...) SmartFTP will compare the hash values of the source and destination file.

Please use the Transfer Queue and post the log here after the transfer completed.

The internal logic of the Transfer Queue makes the decision whether the file needs to be resume, overwritten or skipped. To configure the rules go to the favorite settings. Then in the Transfer->File Exist dialog click on the "Queue Rules".

BTW: The license key id doesn't show up in your profile yet. You may want to add it.

About the overwrite i go to the favorite/properties/FTP/Transfer/ but only appear the next:

Finally i found the option about overwrite in Favorite/properties/Transfer/File Exists, i have changed to Default settings but still dont ask before overwrite in queu mode (in direct ask)

SmartFTP automatically verifies the transfer at the end (as much as it's technically possible). If the check fails the file will be transferred again.

Yes go to the my controls page. Then on the left select "Edit Profile Information". Then at the bottom you find a "License Key Id" input field.

I have uploaded now another wordpress blog and is the same problem, exactly with the backup function of the wordpress blog give a blank page, if i reupload another time then the problem will resolved but i hope for if you can say me how copy or donwload the transfer queue log for send you and can revise for if find the problem.

Note: I have found the file of problem, is edit.php in the server now is a empty file with 0 kb and in my local is 10 kb file, then or not is comparing the files for integrity or something is wrong

I dont knew how show the queue log from the uploaded files, but i have discovered the manner in the forum and i have set the properites to log the queue in the next transfers.

I believe we have fixed the bug with zero files in the latest version. Please install it from:
https://www.smartftp.com/download

After the installation make sure that you are running version .41. You can check this in the menu: Help->About "System Information"
