Change local and remote browser window positions

Hi
Hopefully this is easy.
Since having SmartFTP, my local browser has always been on the right, and my remote on the left.
I have not found anyway to change this, but I have just viewed one of your tutorials which shows them reversed. I would prefer the remote browser on the right - How do I do this
