OH NO- Please help me

I thought I was deleting it from the queue because it had already uploaded, but now I think it didn't upload and I accidently deleted it-- I can't find it on my pc either any more----------- is there a way to undelete? I can't find it in my recycle bin either.

Please let me know if anyone has a solution or idea. It's not the whole website, just the most important section of my site.
